That’s important, though—this isn’t about spotlight or credit. It’s about practicing what it means to be the body of Christ… even within our own staff families.

At the Rock RMS Annual Conference, I met a woman who embodies this reality. She serves in a support role. She wasn’t just tired—she was weary in her soul. Not from workload, but from discouragement. She had been asked to solve a complicated problem, one that came with lots of eyes and expectations.
